The Site may include:
- destination and regional travel information;
- general tour and itinerary descriptions;

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the content is provided for general travel discovery, advertising and planning purposes.
4. Webtheworld Is Not a Travel Provider
Unless expressly identified otherwise in a separate written agreement, Webtheworld is not:
- a tour operator;
- a travel agency;
- a transport carrier;
- an accommodation provider;
- a booking engine;
- a payment processor;
- a government or tourism-authority website.
Webtheworld does not currently complete bookings, issue tickets or process tour payments directly through the Site.
Submitting a form, subscribing to a newsletter, following a link or contacting Webtheworld:
- does not create a booking;
- does not reserve availability;
- does not guarantee a price;
- does not authorize a payment;
- does not create a travel contract.
Any booking or purchase is completed directly with the travel provider identified during the booking process and is governed by that provider’s own terms, cancellation rules, payment conditions and privacy policy.
5. Prices, Availability and Travel Information
Prices, schedules, availability, itinerary details, inclusions, exclusions, accessibility information and cancellation conditions displayed on the Site are subject to change and must be confirmed directly with the relevant provider before booking.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- displayed prices are indicative only;
- prices do not constitute a binding offer;
- taxes and fees may not be included;
- currency-conversion differences may apply;
- availability has not been reserved for the visitor;
- departure times and itineraries may change;
- seasonal or weather-related restrictions may apply.
Prices displayed in Canadian dollars may be based on provider information, currency conversion or previously published rates. The final transaction currency and amount are determined by the relevant provider.
We may correct typographical errors, outdated descriptions, inaccurate prices or other website errors when identified.
6. Travel Provider Verification
Webtheworld may present information supplied by travel providers, public sources, commercial partners or other third parties.
Unless the Site expressly identifies the verification performed and the date on which it was completed, Webtheworld does not guarantee:
- that a provider holds every licence that may be required;
- that insurance coverage is current or adequate;
- that a provider meets a particular safety standard;
- that a provider remains operational;
- that published reviews or ratings remain current;
- that a provider will accept a particular booking request.
Before booking, you should independently confirm the identity of the provider, the applicable terms and any licence, insurance or safety information that is material to your trip.
7. Advertorial and Affiliate Disclosure
The Site contains promotional and affiliate-supported content. Webtheworld may receive compensation when visitors:
- follow certain external links;
- contact a featured provider;
- submit an eligible enquiry;
- complete an eligible booking or purchase.
Commercial relationships may affect which providers, destinations or experiences are displayed and how prominently they appear.
A featured listing, comparison position or external link does not constitute a guarantee, official approval or independent certification of the relevant provider.
Additional information is available in our Affiliate Disclosure .
8. Third-Party Websites and Transactions
The Site may contain links to tour operators, booking platforms, tourism organisations, transport providers and other third-party websites.
Third-party websites are independently operated and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, cookie notices and commercial practices.

Before entering into a transaction, review the identity, terms, payment conditions and privacy policy of the relevant provider.

Courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming may hear disputes concerning the operation of the Site.
If you are a consumer residing in Canada or another jurisdiction, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.
A booking completed with a third-party provider may be governed by the provider’s own terms and the law identified in the applicable booking agreement.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when website functions, business practices, commercial relationships or applicable requirements change.
The revised date will be displayed at the top of this page. Updated Terms apply from the date they are published.
Changes to these website Terms do not ordinarily change the terms of a booking already completed with a third-party provider.
